YOUR DETAILS.
YOUR PRIVACY.

This is an unofficial local redesign of Durban City FC's website. Membership enquiries submitted here are stored in this application's local database, not sent to the official club.

What is saved

Your supplied name, email, cellphone number, area of residence, consent, application reference and submission time. Cellphone and area are required. Do not submit sensitive information in these fields.

How it is used

The local site administrator can review, mark as reviewed or archive membership enquiries. No payment information is collected. This application does not send marketing emails or automatically transfer submissions to Durban City FC.

Storage and access

Records are held locally in SQLite. The admin inbox requires authentication. Administrator sessions and form-protection tokens use essential cookies. External photo and video hosts receive normal requests when their media loads.

Before public launch

The site operator must supply their identity, privacy contact, retention schedule, hosting details and process for access or deletion requests before this local service is made public. This notice describes the current local application.
